We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries.
Standard delivery - $10.00
Free Shipping on orders $150 and over
Depending on your location arrival estimated at between 3 – 7 business days or sooner depending on your location for delivery via Australia Post. For more information on delivery times and expected delays please visit Australia Post website for more information.
LOCAL DELIVERY
10km radius of our Lismore Boutique
Orders will be prepared & delivered within 1-3 days.
You may be contacted via phone to arrange a delivery time. Delivery times may be after hours.
Someone must be home to accept delivery.
Sorry NO PO Boxes.
CLICK & COLLECT
We also offer Click and Collect to our Lismore Boutique.
This is a free service. The 'Click and Collect’ option must be selected at check out.
If you selected the 'Click and Collect’ option but meant to select 'Shipping', please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will send you a link to pay for shipping if your order is under $150.
(You may receive shipping notifications even if you select Click & Collect - This just means that your order is being processed by our team and will be ready for you to pick up soon.)
PROCESSING TIMES
We dispatch orders once a day in the afternoon. If you have an issue with your order that you need assistance with, it is important you ensure you get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid issues with your order already being dispatched.
For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 2pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Makoda Boutique is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit. If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.
Any incorrect addresses which result in a parcel being sent back to us may incur a "return to sender" fee which Australia Post imposes on Makoda Boutique. Makoda Boutique is not responsible for any lost parcels which come from the incorrect address being entered into at checkout by the customer.
